We are looking for an After-Sales Lead Generator to support our sales growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities after the initial sale has been completed. This role focuses on nurturing existing customer relationships, generating repeat business, referrals, and upsell opportunities — not cold calling or first-contact sales. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with existing customers, detail-oriented, and skilled at spotting opportunities that can be passed to the sales team for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with existing customers following completed sales to maintain relationships
* Identify potential repeat business, upsell, cross-sell, or referral opportunities
* Gather and qualify leads based on customer needs, feedback, and future plans
* Accurately record lead information and customer insights in the CRM system
* Coordinate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads
* Follow up on post-sale communications (calls, emails, messages)
* Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the after-sales process
* Support retention and long-term customer value initiatives
Skills and Experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, or messaging
* Good listening skills with the ability to identify opportunities
* Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
* Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
* Customer service, account management, or after-sales experience is a plus
