Overview
A leading global professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Data Architect to join its growing data and analytics capability. This role plays a key part in shaping enterprise data models that underpin analytics, reporting, and regulatory insight across a complex, international environment. The position is particularly well suited to someone with deep expertise in data modelling and dimensional data modelling, who enjoys building strong data foundations that enable insight at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models across core enterprise domains.
* Developing and governing dimensional data models (star and snowflake schemas) for analytics, MI, and reporting.
* Defining data modelling standards, patterns, and best practices
* Working closely with Data Engineering, BI, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams
* Producing high‑quality architectural artefacts, including data models, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Modeller, or Senior Data Designer
* Solid background in relational data modelling for analytics and reporting use cases
* Experience designing models for data warehouses or lakehouse platforms
* Confident use of data modelling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, Enterprise Architect, or similar
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain models to technical and non‑technical audiences
