The Accreditation team offer a range of endorsements to clients, based on the expertise and trust we have built with consumers over the last 100 years. We are looking for a dynamic sales person, to join our team as an Accreditation Sales Executive. Ongoing training will be provided to support and upskill you. The Role… A Sales Executive on the Accreditation team can sell all commercial logo initiatives to both clients, media agencies & PR agencies, in order to achieve revenue targets, set and agreed by the Director, GHI. They will work with their manager to take a strategic view of their categories of business, ensuring that they are able to represent the Good Housekeeping Institute to all levels of client contacts. This individual has a good foundation of sales skills and, as part of a high performing sales team, can collaborate with other teams across Hearst to provide the best customer service. Key Responsibilities: You’ll be actively selling to clients and PR agencies, driving towards our team & your individual revenue targets Working for and supporting the Accreditation leadership team to drive new and renewal business on our key categories and providing sales support where needed Provide excellent levels of customer service, maintaining client relationships through regular meetings, ensuring clients are updated with new opportunities Maximising revenue for the Accreditation line Building market knowledge of trends and staying on top of key client updates in your assigned categories Become an expert in Accreditation and how it can benefit your client group Be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values. You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time. About You… You have a hunger for sales and an ambition to learn and develop in this area. Sales/sales support experience is desirable although we are open to speaking to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and passion for the role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a friendly and approachable nature. This role is all about building relationships, so the right candidate will have excellent communication skills and is passionate about cultivating long term partnerships Strong organisational skills, a can do attitude and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and the desire to get involved in a wide range of business areas and functions.
