We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team on a busy new build housing site in Nottingham. This role is ideal for an all-rounder with experience across multiple trades who can support site operations and ensure high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out a wide range of snagging and finishing tasks
2. Basic carpentry, painting, patching, and general maintenance
3. Assisting various trades on site when required
4. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Handyman on construction or housing sites
7. Must have own tools (essential)
8. Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing, etc.)
9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
10. Ability to work independently and manage workload
