An exciting opportunity for a Van Sales Executive within the Caerphilly area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client. Working within a multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership, the successful Van Sales Executive will be representing a Volume Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service. Benefits: - Starting basic salary of £26,000 per annum. - Performance related bonus scheme providing an uncapped on-target-earnings of £52,000 per annum. - 20 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it). - Access to a company car, business fuel car and a work mobile phone. - Access to further bonuses, incentives and commission schemes - 3 x life assurance scheme. - Full in house and manufacturer approved training. - 5% company contributing pension scheme. - Manufacturer points incentive scheme. - Working hours from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday only! Duties: - Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the vehicles you are selling - Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service - Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives - Meeting Van / LCV Sales Targets - Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
