Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help guests feel their best through a range of wellness-focused activities:
Deliver a variety of fitness classes
Provide consultations, including one-to-one sessions, assessments, and wellness guidance
Host wellness and mindfulness talks or workshops
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure every interaction is positive
Work closely with the spa and wellness team, including flexibility for weekend shifts
Provide shift cover as required
Promote a healthy lifestyle throughout the retreat
Support occasional fitness instructor tasks as needed
