The Role
As Quality Manager, you will:
Take strategic control of the company’s Quality Management Systems, ensuring ongoing compliance with BRC, ISO 14001 and associated frameworks.
Act as the lead contact for all external audits and customer technical visits, managing preparation, responses, and corrective actions.
Champion HACCP implementation and ensure food safety controls are robust, effective, and consistently applied.
Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, implement root cause analysis, and deliver measurable improvements.
Partner with production, technical, and commercial teams to align quality objectives with wider business goals.
Manage supplier and customer quality relationships to support operational efficiency and protect commercial performance.
Develop internal capability by coaching and training teams on compliance, standards, and best practice.
Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on risk, compliance status, performance trends, and improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who combine technical expertise with strong leadership presence.
Strong practical knowledge of HACCP and experience maintaining audit-ready standards.
Proven experience managing BRC accreditation and environmental standards such as ISO 14001.
Confidence leading audits, managing non-conformances, and implementing corrective action plans.
A methodical, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
Relevant industry qualifications (desirable but not essential with strong experience).
