Partridge of Hampshire is a family-run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. Led by our hands-on Managing Director, Toby Partridge, we are rapidly becoming the go-to name for BMW and MINI in the region. With over 30 years of experience in the BMW brand, Toby's commitment to excellence inspires our entire team.

What is the role?

As a BMW Sales Executive, you will look forward to interacting with customers in our cutting-edge showroom, which features an eye-catching design and the latest technology, providing you with all the tools it takes to impress and inspire customers every time, not only meeting their needs but also enabling a great customer experience. You will guide customers through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries.

Our market is changing, and our customers are too, that is why we are dedicated to bringing tomorrow's driving experience to our customers today. As a BMW Sales Executive, your enthusiasm and positivity will set you apart; you will be joining a like-minded Team, selling new and used cars, helping customers to feel unique, and enjoying the satisfaction that comes from making every customer interaction memorable.

Role responsibilities – including but not limited to:

* Market Leading Salary + Commission - £20,700 Basic Salary - £69,000 OTE
* 5 Day working week with every other weekend off
* 30 days holiday including bank holidays

Who you need to be?

To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.

* To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver vehicle sales alongside providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
* You will have a strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional relationship-building skills
* You will bring us high-performing sales experience as well as a stable work record in a customer-facing sales environment
* Poses a hunger to achieve and a desire to be the best
* Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards
* Have a can-do attitude

Your experience

* Previous Car Sales Experience
* Examples of showing a 'can-do' approach
* Previous negotiation experience
* Proven sales results
* You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence
