What you will do
1. You will quickly cultivate an understanding of ExxonMobil’s businesses and relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs.
2. Be a trusted strategic advisor to ExxonMobil’s leaders to ensure process rigor and efficiency in the pursuit of attracting and acquiring the best talent for the company.
3. You will develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with your business leaders to ensure an efficient and polished process for hiring managers and candidates alike.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
4. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
5. Extnesive progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
6. Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively ( beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles.
7. Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and solution-oriented.
8. Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize.
9. A positive attitude with dedication to problem solving and delivery.
10. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
11. Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead.
12. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
13. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
