An external facing sales role reporting to the Addressable Sales Manager, responsible for uncovering and responding to briefs, generating proposals, and making targeting & platform recommendations to drive incremental revenues. The role serves as a key liaison to offshore teams, ensuring accurate and prompt campaign planning and setup, and acting as the first point of escalation for client and offshore colleague support.
Responsibilities
* Manage agency/advertiser portfolio and oversee campaign management from planning to delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong agency relationships, bringing in new business and encouraging repeat spend.
* Create compelling, creative proactive sales propositions that support broader strategic objectives.
* Maximise revenue growth by converting single campaign clients to long-term regular advertisers and boosting Addressable spend via adoption of One Campaign.
* Act as the Addressable Sales Manager in internal and external meetings when required.
* Maintain regular communication with agencies and clients regarding new developments and capabilities.
* Become an expert in the Addressable proposition and advocate internally and externally.

* Knowledge of all Sky Media opportunities.

Requirements
* Demonstrable sales experience with a proven record of maximising revenue growth.
* Ability to identify, build and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting, pipeline management and development of compelling proposals.
* Adaptable communication skills with strong persuasion, influencing, negotiation, forecasting, organisation and prioritisation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills.
* Computer literacy and proficiency with sales management software.
* Experience managing agency portfolios and comfortable working with people at all levels internally and externally.
* Familiarity with the advertising industry and media planning and buying processes.
