We have a great opportunity to join our client as a Sales Consultant working from one of their developments in Thornton-Cleveleys. Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the regional sales team by promoting and selling our products across developments within the regional operational area Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities by following up, nurturing, and pre-qualifying prospective customers based on their affordability and needs Manage all sales enquiries through various channels such as telephone, website, and email to maximize sales performance and achieve both personal and regional sales and revenue targets Provide informative and engaging development, product, and plot tours to all prospective customers, aiming to build strong client relationships from the initial contact through to appointments, reservations, and exchange Conduct pre-qualified on-site viewing demonstrations with customers, ensuring these are a high-quality experience, appropriately scheduled, and executed to maximize effectiveness in accordance with regional requirements Requirements: A relevant qualification or experience in sales Strong customer relationship management skills in both online environments and face-to-face interactions Exceptional sales, service communication, and presentation skills for products and services A practical understanding of the financial implications associated with various construction methods and sequences Full UK driving licence Hours: Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm Benefits: Cash Plan Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Employee Discounts Scheme Share Scheme Holiday Buy and Sell Scheme Employee Referral Scheme Private Medical Healthcare Professional Body Subscriptions How to apply: Please submit an up to date copy of your CV and one of the team will be in contact to discuss further
