Your new role This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of HR operations while also contributing to wider change initiatives. As an experienced HR Manager, you'll lead a broad range of operational and advisory HR activities and also work closely with the Employee Relations Manager. You will: Lead key HR functions including HR administration, payroll/HRIS, and learning & development Act as a trusted advisor on HR and employment law matters Support and guide complex employee relations cases Drive improvements in HR processes, systems, and service delivery Build strong relationships across the organisation Support organisational change, including restructures and transformation activities What you'll need to succeed You’ll be a confident and credible HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. CIPD Level 5 (or above) Strong generalist HR experience including TUPE, organisational change Experience leading or developing teams Excellent knowledge of employment law and working with trade unions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Why this role?
