Quality Manager for EMEA Aerospace & Defense
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and sustaining our Quality Management System, ensuring it aligns with customer requirements. What Will You Be Doing at Arrow GC?
Support and maintain Quality Assurance System data. Act as the customer liaison for all quality-related issues, leading root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective/preventative actions for nonconformities. Complete First Article Inspection Reports and conduct fault trend analysis. Create quality metrics and KPIs to monitor performance. Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Distribution center personnel. Support new business activities alongside the Sales team. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects as needed. Ensure adherence to customer requirements, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend enhancements. Prepare for and facilitate customer audits, documenting findings and overseeing corrective actions. Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure consistent quality. Engage with customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and regulatory expectations. Generate reports on KPIs and quality metrics. What Are We Looking For?
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Knowledge of AS9100/9120 standards and quality management principles. Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and requirements. Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams. What’s In It for You?
