Description
* Administer HR processes including benefits, headcount reporting, time and attendance, HR system updates and personnel records
* Manage onboarding, probation and exit processes
* Collate and submit payroll changes (starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, pensions, benefits)
* Process maternity, paternity, adoption and other family leave documentation
* Monitor and record absence, advising managers on Occupational Health referrals where appropriate
* Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees
* Deliver training and support on HR systems
* Support HR projects, programmes and business initiatives
* Maintain document retention systems in line with company policy
* Ensure compliance with audit requirements and current UK employment legislation
Profile
* Proven HR experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong understanding of operational HR processes and payroll collation
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Confident advising and supporting line managers
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
* Experience handling absence management and family leave processes
* Strong HR systems capability
* Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information
* Spanish language skills would be advantageous
Job Offer
