Sales Executive - Commercial Insurance
Location: Chelmsford, Essex (Full-time, on-site)

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a growing commercial insurance team. You’ll focus on building relationships, developing your client base, and driving new business, while supporting renewals and providing excellent service. This role blends client‑facing engagement with business development, offering variety, challenge, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
* Manage client renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and documentation
* Collaborate with broking, claims, and finance teams to deliver seamless client service
* Attend networking events and support marketing campaigns
* Stay up to date with market trends, products, and insurer appetite
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in commercial insurance (broking or underwriting)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Self‑motivated and target‑driven
* Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
* CII qualification desirable but not essential
