Site Manager/Supervisor – Interiors / Drylining
Location: Essex
Salary: Competitive + package
A long-established commercial interiors contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee the delivery of interior packages on commercial construction projects.
The business specialises in internal fit-out works including suspended ceilings, drylining, partitions and acoustic solutions, working alongside leading main contractors across a range of sectors.
The Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage site operations on interior fit-out and finishing packages
* Coordinate subcontractors and site labour
* Liaise with the main contractor and wider site team
* Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Monitor programme progress and resolve any site issues
* Maintain quality standards and ensure works are completed to specification
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within interiors, drylining or ceilings
* Experience delivering packages such as suspended ceilings, partitions or commercial fit-out
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate works on busy construction sites
* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable
