Our client, a successful and growing new homes developer based in Reading, is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a background in new homes sales or estate agency who is looking to progress their career with a reputable developer offering strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
* Providing excellent customer service to purchasers
* Conducting property viewings and site tours
* Working to sales targets and deadlines
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams
Requirements
* Previous experience in new homes sales OR estate agency is essential
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target driven and highly motivated
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work weekends if required
