Site Manager - Three Sixty Construction
Joining Three Sixty Construction (part of Stockport Homes Group) as a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring site delivery performance is met professionally.
You will plan, manage, and implement all assigned work activities on live construction sites, managing the effective use of resources including labour, materials, plant, and vehicles. You will identify causes of non-conformance, instigate corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Monitoring work through daily diaries and weekly reports, you will act as the key contact with clients, site teams, and sub-contractors, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with quality and safety standards.
To succeed, candidates must demonstrate a registered apprenticeship, NVQ Level 4-6 in Site Management or equivalent training, along with good knowledge of Health and Safety in construction (SSSTS/SMSTS qualification required). First Aid training, a CSCS card, and experience supervising large teams of trade and multi-trade operatives are essential. Experience in delivering fire protection projects or a desire to work in this field, and the ability to meet strict deadlines, are highly valued.
