HR Administrator\n\nLeeds/Hybrid\n\n3 months FTC (minimum)\n\n£26,500 FTE\n\nHamilton Woods Associates have been engaged by a housing services provider to recruit for a HR Administrator on an initial 3 month basis, there is scope for the role to be extended or becoem permanent. The role will be remote working, with travel to their Leeds office for meetings on occasion.\n\nResponsibilities of the HR Administrator:\n\nSupporting with the management of candidates through their applicant tracking system\nAdvertising vacancies via job boards and similar platforms\nUpdating the HRIS with changes\nSending out and collating references\nCarrying out DBS and right to work checks\nCreating contracts and probation letters\nCompleting the leaver process to offboard colleagues\nManaging the people services shared mailbox\nTaking meeting minutes and drafting letters\nResponding to general admin queries that come into the shared mailbox\nLogging changes to colleague T&C's \n\nRequirements of the HR Administrator:\n\nPrevious administration experience in a busy, professional environment with proven expertise of working in a customer focused team. \nStrong general administrative skills with a highly organised approach to your work and ability to prioritise.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills including Word/Outlook/Excel.
