Offer description

We are currently seeking a new HR Administrator to join our growing team in Accrington. Since the start of 2024, we have expanded our people function and identified the need for an HR Admin with experience in reporting, Business Intelligence, and Management Information.

Your responsibilities will include creating and managing HR reports to support the wider team, responding to queries from colleagues and line managers efficiently, and supporting various HR functions such as payroll, L&D administration, statutory checks, and benefits administration.

Key duties include:

1. Supporting payroll administration
2. Assisting with L&D administration, including LMS support
3. Supporting right-to-work and statutory checks, escalating issues as needed
4. Producing standard HR letters (reference requests, resignation letters, probation outcomes)
5. Maintaining accurate records of time, attendance, and benefits
6. Providing management information through reports tailored to business needs
7. Handling employee queries regarding terms, conditions, and personal records
8. Supporting the annual pay review and benefits administration
9. Upholding HR confidentiality and integrity

Since this is a people-focused role, a passion for working with people is essential. The primary focus is on management reporting, so strong data analysis, reporting, and Excel skills are highly desirable.

Previous experience in HR, Payroll, or L&D is preferred, but transferable skills will be considered. You should be adept at reporting and presenting data creatively and clearly, with excellent communication skills.
