Embed organisational values into all people practices. Advise the CEO and senior leadership on people-related risks, opportunities, and trends. Lead organisational development, workforce planning, and succession planning. Operational HR & Compliance Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and health & safety regulations. Lead employee relations, including performance management, absence, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Maintain accurate HR policies and contracts, along with HR data, metrics, and reporting. People Management Develop leadership capabilities and enhance management effectiveness. Coach and support managers in people-management skills. Embed robust performance management frameworks.
