Part-Time HR Officer (25 Hours per Week)
Are you passionate about people and processes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Officer to join our clients team on a part-time basis to support their recruitment and onboarding activities.
Location: Brighton
Hours: 25 hours per week (Ideally in the office but hybrid considered, ideally in the office on Wednesdays)
Contract Type: Temp until end of December
Salary: £16 - £18 p/h
About the Role
As the HR Officer, you'll play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new starters alike.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
Support hiring managers with job descriptions, interview planning, and candidate communications.
Manage pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new starters feel welcomed and supported from day one.
Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Next steps:
