Salary for this position will be £40,000 Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in West Midlands The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting audits and inspections, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions to enhance product quality. Shift Pattern Tuesday - Thursday 1.30pm - 11.30pm, Friday 1.30pm - 10.30pm, Saturday 8.00am -5.00pm. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in quality assurance and quality control processes Experience in conducting audits and inspections Ability to develop and implement quality management systems Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong organisational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Experience in the food industry is essential Certifications in quality management or related areas are a plus If this sounds like the role for you please apply below.
