Position:Human Resources AdministratorReporting to: HR Manager / HR Director / DirectorsNicholl Fuel Oils are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in Greysteel. The HR Administrator will provide essential HR administrative support, assist with recruitment, employee records and general HR processes.Responsibilities (not limited to)Respond to employee queries received into the HR inbox, liaising with the HR Manager when required.Collate, update and file employee records appropriatelyAssist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experienceOnboarding- communicating, checking, and following up on new starter information including compliance requirements, e.g. Right to Work checksAdminister HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and probation review lettersMaintain and update employment records and attendance information on our HRIS systemGenerate, interpret, distribute and present various HR data reports to our line managersAct as company note-taker during employee relations meetings, such as investigations, disciplinarys, grievances etc.Annual Leave- calculating holiday leave entitlement, adding approved leave to the company HR SystemEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR administrative tasksExperience, Skills and AttributesMinimum of degree level in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD.HR Administrative experienceMinimum of one year administration experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)Exceptional attention to detailExperience of working with a HR systemExperience of note-taking in complex situationsLocation: Head Office, GreysteelHours: Part-time/Full-timeWHJS1_NI
