What You’ll Do
* Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
* Present Bull Marketing’s services with clarity, confidence, and impact
* Work closely with our strategy and creative teams to shape proposals
* Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Represent Bull Marketing at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
* Keep CRM and sales reporting up to date and accurate

* Proven experience in sales (agency or marketing background is a bonus)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, self-starting attitude
* Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
