Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

HR Manager – Nathaniel Cars
With major growth in recent years Nathaniel Cars is looking to hire a dynamic HR Manager to manage staff of close to 200 people.
This is not a payroll or admin role — we're looking for someone to be the heartbeat of our people strategy. You'll ensure we're compliant, our teams are supported, and that every one of our 200 staff has a voice and a clear development path.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be a trusted point of contact for staff across our 4 sites (Bridgend, Cardiff, Swansea & Cwmbran)
* Lead on employee relations, providing guidance and support at every level
* Own recruitment, from job ad to onboarding — ensuring we hire and retain great people
* Develop and manage training & development pathways across all departments
* Ensure compliance with employment law and internal HR policies
* Develop and implement health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and promoting a safety conscious culture
* Be a key advisor to the directors as we expand into new ventures
What You'll Need
* Strong HR experience (ideally 5+ years), preferably in a multi-site or retail environment
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
* Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and L&D
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
* Great communication skills and the confidence to work with everyone from apprentices to directors
* A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to make things happen
