About the Role: Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases. Prepare and issue HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and policy updates. Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently. Track right to work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates, and turnover, as required. Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing. Key Skills, Experience & Requirements: Previous experience in a HR Administration role - essential Knowledge of HR Databases - desirable Basic understanding of Employment legislation - desirable Competent using Microsoft Office - essential Whats in it for you?
