Offering pastoral support to employees, fostering a positive and compliant workplace. Managing employee onboarding, benefits, pensions, and HR administration. Leading the Breathe HR implementation & managing personnel records.What You Need to Succeed: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience). Strong HR advisory experience, with expertise in UK employment law. Ability to provide both strategic and operational HR support. Experience with HR systems & policy development.
