Your Responsibilities You will guide customers through detailed consultations to support their appliance selection and purchase Through understanding customer needs, you recommend suitable products and solutions that support long-term use By identifying opportunities, you promote upgraded products and accessories to enhance the customer experience With a strong focus on service, you deliver a high-quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction As part of the sales team, you contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement Across multiple channels including telephone and email, you communicate confidently and respond to customer queries and quotations professionally What we are looking for Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role with the ability to build rapport and trust Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers across telephone and written channels Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail Good IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes A team-focused approach with a strong sense of accountability for achieving results Working Hours We have an opportunity for a full-time position, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week across 5 days Additionally we have a part-time position available working 26 hours per week with flexibility on the number of days Saturday working on a rota basis (typically 1 in 3) with a day off in lieu Flexibility required to meet business needs Working hours typically between 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–16:00 Saturday Benefits Salary of up to £26,091 for full-time hours, plus a competitive benefits package Quarterly and annual bonus scheme Discounts on Miele products for you, your family and friends Discounted gym membership and subsidised onsite café Health cash plan and free eye tests Additional benefits including financial advice and recognition schemes Additional Information Our positions are permanent roles based in Abingdon.
