Site Manager (Hereford) – Location: Hereford (site-based, Mon‑Fri, 39 hours)
Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
* Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards
* Maintain health & safety compliance and site documentation
* Monitor progress across multiple live sites
* Support planning, programming and reporting of works
Requirements
* Experience in social housing planned refurbishment works
* Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms and adaptations
* Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
* SMSTS or relevant NVQ
* Full UK driving licence
* IT literate (MS Office)
