About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join a well-established business within the glass and glazing sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts
*
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
*
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
*
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
*
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
*
Represent the business professionally at client meetings and industry events
About You
*
Proven experience in a sales role (B2B experience preferred)
*
Strong communication and negotiation skills
*
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
*
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
*
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
*
Experience within construction, manufacturing, or glazing is advantageous but not essential
