Duties
6. Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
7. Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies
8. Supporting tradespeople with basic tasks such as moving items, mixing materials, or assembling components
9. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work site to promote safety and efficiency
10. Operating basic machinery or tools as required, following safety guidelines
11. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to minimise risks
12. Assisting with transportation of materials around the site using appropriate equipment
Requirements
13. Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
14. Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
15. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
16. Strong commitment to health and safety procedures
17. Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different tasks as needed
18. Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
19. A valid right to work in the UK is essential
