Site Manager – Large Industrial Projects (Including Fit Out)
Full-Time, Permanent - Immediate
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial projects, including full fit out works, in Bolton and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing high-profile developments from inception through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct staff on site.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
* Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
* Monitor quality control, progress reporting, and risk management.
* Oversee fit out works and ensure seamless integration with core industrial build elements.
* Lead site meetings and ensure clear documentation of progress and actions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large industrial or commercial construction projects, ideally with fit out experience.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and HSE legislation.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
* CSCS card (Black/Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certification essential.
* Full UK driving licence required.
