Working from our client's head office in High Wycombe, your primary role will be to create meeting opportunities between potential new partners and the New Business field sales team. This will be by cold calling and introducing our client, and its products, to the wider market. You must be able develop positive relationships through a professional, friendly and confident approach. Sales experience would be preferable however we would welcome applications from candidates keen to develop a career in sales. Monday to Friday 8-4/9-5 on rotation. £24,000 basic plus commission OTE £30,000 Duties include Prospect for potential new clients through outbound telephone calls. Identify and research potential new business, and the decision makers within the organization Cold call as appropriate in line with the Sales and Marketing strategy Introduce company products (training will be given) Arrange timely and appropriate appointments for the Field Sales Team to fulfil Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities Conduct showroom tours for walk-in customers and trade partners, providing expert guidance on products, features, and services Skills/Experience Friendly and persuasive with a desire to succeed Organised Self motivated and able to work in a target driven role Sales experience would be desirable but not essential Great telephone manner and communication skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
