As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR function and employee life cycle including:
* Overseeing the onboarding process including inductions, producing offer letters and contracts
* Coaching and guiding the management team on employment law and HR issues
* Managing an ER caseload and advising on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and sickness
* Design and deliver training and development initiatives aligned to business goals, maintaining training records, identifying skills gaps, and supporting management capability.
* Supporting managers with recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and selection
* Maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures
* Co-ordinating all internal and external training
