Your new companyAn established contractor delivering high-quality residential refurbishments across the North West is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager. This role is for a live project in Liverpool, focused on the internal refurbishment of a residential building.Your new role
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries to meet programme targets.
* Ensure RAMS and H&S are up-to-date
* Liaise with the client and project team to resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor QA and ensure project standards are met.
* Report progress and manage site documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience managing residential refurbishments.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (in-date).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery.
* Available for an immediate start in Liverpool.
