Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled React Technical Lead to drive the design and development
of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js,
leadership capabilities, and experience working in onshore client environments. You will lead
a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver
high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of React-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for front-end development.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Work closely with onshore/offshore teams and manage client interactions effectively.
Ensure compliance with security standards and accessibility guidelines.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years in React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, or Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for large-scale apps.
