 
        
        Site Manager – Ayrshire
 
 About the Role
 We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in renewable energy or substation projects. Initially based on a major project in Ayrshire, this role will later expand to oversee projects across the UK.
 
 You will play a key role in managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained. 
Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and coordination. 
Monitor progress against programme, budgets, and quality benchmarks. 
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and progress reports. 
Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment. 
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, company policies, and client requirements. Skills & Experience Required
 
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the renewable energy, substation, or power infrastructure sector. 
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and construction best practice. 
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make decisions under pressure. 
Flexibility to travel to project sites across the UK as required. 
Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NEBOSH, or similar). Role: Site Manager 
 Location: Ayrshire 
 Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
