This HR Manager position is working for a market leader in their industry, and is based in Braintree. The role is full time and on site. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. The role is also paying up to £45,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be the heart of the company, and have a very varied position, being responsible for all HR related duties for around 120 staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all employee relations, dealing with any payroll queries, supporting managers and colleagues, and also liaising with any 3rd party companies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the recruitment and selection process including internal recruitment and liaising with agencies where required. This role also includes inductions, setting up new employees and also any relevant admin regarding the benefits, bonuses or social events for employees. The candidate will also be required to utilise the internal HR portal, keeping records updated accurately and accordingly.
You will need:
5+ years experience within a HR focused position
Working experience with HR Portals
Experience/knowledge with Payroll is desirable
Experience with recruitment and selection
The ability to manage your own workload and be self driven
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
A background in manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial but is not essential
Exceptional time management
