Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support in and outside of the classroom
* Build pupils’ confidence, resilience and self-esteem through structure and consistency
* Use effective behaviour regulation and de-escalation strategies
* Support academic and personal development in line with tailored education plans
* Contribute to a safe, respectful and nurturing learning environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Teaching Assistants with a strong background in SEMH or alternative provision
* Confident in supporting young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD or behavioural challenges
* Resilient, patient, and able to form trusting, positive relationships
* Knowledgeable in safeguarding and child protection
* A clear communicator with a calm and consistent approach
