I am looking for a groundworks Site Or Project Manager for a scheme in Oldham. The contract will be for at least 9 months, possibly longer. My client is particularly busy in the region so there is a strong possibility that other projects will follow in the locality. The daily rate wil be somewhere between £(Apply online only) per day. I have been asked to find the above for ongoing residential groundworks, roads and sewers and plotworks. You’ll need SMSTS/SSSTS and be used to working to NHBC standards. The rate available depends on relevant experience and whether you’re at Site or Project Manager level- candidates who have worked in residential groundworks subcontracting will be particularly favoured.
