We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Labourer to join our established housing repairs and maintenance team, working on a local authority housing contract in Islington. This is a permanent opportunity offering consistent work and the chance to be part of a dedicated and supportive team.
Applicants must have access to their own vehicle for travel to and from sites. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities:
* Undertaking general labouring duties on tenanted and void properties
* Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
* Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* Green CSCS Card
* Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Skills
