The Sales Executive will
Report to the General Manager
Be responsible for qualifying leads
Point of contact and network local accounts
Host client evenings with the General Manager
Forward all qualifying leads to the Group Sales Director
Be supported and developed by the Group Director of Sales
Have a good understanding of Corporate and MICE sectors as this is predominantly the base of the hotels business, knowledge of other sectors would be an asset
Both visit clients and invite them into the hotel
Only concentrate on sales activity
As Sales Executive you will have
Experience of being a Sales Executive, Conference Sales Manager, Event Manager as a minimum.
A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
The flexibility to visit clients
Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked in hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
