We\'re building a pipeline of Senior Recruiters in Belfast, and we\'d love to hear from you! We are particularly interested in candidates with experience recruiting within tax, legal, and financial services sectors, bringing strong market knowledge and the ability to navigate specialist talent pools in these areas.

The Role

Our Senior Recruiters play a key role in partnering with clients to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a range of functions and geographies. We have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services at scale, with deep expertise across industries and markets. Our teams bring a consultative approach to end-to-end hiring, from talent mapping and sourcing strategy through to offer management, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Accountabilities

What you\'ll be doing:

* Leading an end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
* Facilitating the interview and selection process.
* Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
* Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
* Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
* Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
* Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
* Undertaking market mapping projects.

Skills & Requirements

* Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes within tax, legal, and or financial services sectors.
* A consultative, advisory approach to recruitment, with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practices.
* Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments, bringing structure, clarity, and solutions to complex or undefined processes.
* Experience in a variety of candidate sourcing strategies, including direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching.
* Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
* Experience using recruitment technology, including ATS and talent databases.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
* High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions oriented mindset.
