Secondary Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant
Location: London
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
We're currently working with a secondary school seeking Learning Mentors/Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, including recent graduates looking to gain classroom experience.
Responsibilities
* Support teachers with lessons and classroom activities
* Provide one-to-one and small group academic support
* Mentor students to help them overcome barriers to learning
* Promote a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience with young people is an advantage but not essential
* Graduates are encouraged to apply
