Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to support our delegate acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales, with a clear pathway to professional growth and ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct research to identify and assess potential event attendees based on provided criteria.
* Engage with prospects via phone and email to communicate the benefits of attending our events.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through consistent outreach efforts.
* Apply persuasive communication strategies to convert prospects into confirmed participants.
* Assist with administrative tasks including CRM updates and scheduling when needed.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure event success.
What We’re Looking For:
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales-driven environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new technologies.
* An interest in technology and cybersecurity is a bonus, but not required.
