Field Executive - Worcester - M4 Corridor
Salary: £23,500-£24,500 Per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone. Group benefits (DIS, Pension)
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Hours of Work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Location: Field based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

If this describes you, you could join our Gym team on behalf of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in sports nutrition with sales in over 200 countries. Representing brands like Optimum Nutrition, BSN, and Nutramino.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a gym, sales, retail, or brand ambassador roles within FMCG/Consumer goods. Regardless, you should demonstrate:

* Strong relationship-building skills with experience in delivering against targets and KPIs
* Knowledge of gym culture and habits across UK gyms

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop customer relationships and identify distribution opportunities
* Engage in sampling and knowledgeable discussions about sports performance and supplementation
* Maximize brand presence within your trade territory
* Understand product features and benefits, leading promotional conversations
* Support existing accounts and seek growth opportunities
* Lead category and brand training with retailers and gyms
* Assist in re-merchandising and maintain brand visual standards
* Develop a high-performing field mentality to meet KPIs
* Communicate effectively to share best practices and keep management informed
* Proactively resolve issues and escalate when necessary
* Maintain expertise on client businesses and products
* Execute tasks to high standards and provide constructive feedback
* Complete administration tasks efficiently and effectively
* Understand the retail landscape for strategic advantage and seasonal opportunities
