About the role: Site Manager role for a traditional building contractor with an excellent reputation. Deliver projects from start to finish with autonomy, responsible for full site operations, managing clients and principal contractor. Projects up to £5 m including Healthcare fit‑outs of NHS wards.
Responsibilities:
* Full site operations
* Manage client and principal contractor relationships
* Ensure safety legislation and corporate safety procedures, including CDM, are applied
* Manage design and M&E packages in high‑faced live environment
* Operational planning and time‑management
Qualifications:
* CSCS card (relevant)
* Construction related degree, HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 highly desirable
* SMSTS or equivalent highly desirable
* Experience with safety legislation and corporate safety procedures including CDM
* Good management and communication skills
* Good operational planning and time‑management skills
