About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in North Shields.
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, processing sales orders, and driving growth across our boiler and heating product range. Working closely with our Procurement, Packaging, Warehouse, and Online Sales teams, you’ll ensure every order is handled accurately and efficiently — from quotation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
o Deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Receive, process, and confirm customer orders using the ERP system.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
* Product Knowledge & Presentation
o Gain an expert understanding of our boiler and heating products.
o Provide customers with informed technical and commercial guidance.
* Quotations & Negotiation
o Prepare and present price quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals within company policy.
o Work closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery.
o Coordinate with the Packaging team for correct labeling, packaging, and dispatch.
* Reporting & Forecasting
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including performance, leads, and follow-ups.
o Support accurate sales forecasting and contribute to growth planning.
* Market Awareness & Promotions
o Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
o Support marketing and online campaigns through product insights and promotional ideas.
o Follow up on deliveries, returns, and customer feedback to maintain satisfaction and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (preferably in boiler, heating, or technical product sectors).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience using ERP or CRM systems for order management and reporting.
* Strong customer-focus and problem-solving ability.
* Basic understanding of procurement and warehouse operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
