Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Coordinator to join a busy team supporting consultants and nursing staff at one of our key sites. Your responsibilities will include managing referrals, coordinating hospice and clinicalmunications, scheduling multidisciplinary meetings, and maintaining accurate patient records and data. You will also handle patient and familymunications, update staff rotas, manage equipment logistics, and provide cross-site administrative support. This role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
What you'll need to succeed
 1. 5 GCSES (including English and maths) or equivalent.
 2. Proven experience in a fast-paced healthcare administrative role, ideally within palliative or specialist care settings
 3. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
 4. Excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-focused approach
 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, andfort working with electronic patient records and data spreadsheets.
 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, providing cover across multiple locations as required
 7. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information
